Water Continues to Flow for 1 – 2 Seconds After Handle is Released

Water dripping/flowing for 1 – 2 seconds after releasing the handle is normal functioning of the dispenser.

Dispenser Requires Service:
An InSinkErator authorized service center can diagnose your dispenser problem. If the dispenser is covered by warranty and the dispenser problem is due to a defect in materials or workmanship, InSinkErator will pay to have an authorized service center service the dispenser in your home at no charge to you.

If the problem is not due to a defect in materials or workmanship or the dispenser is not covered by warranty, you will be responsible for all diagnosis and repairs.
